I received a Hot Sauce making kit as a gift from our daughter on Christmas of 2020. I made my first batch and was immediately hooked! I quickly ordered 4 cases of bottles and a peck of peppers and we were off to the races.  Friends and family acknowledged the heat but loved the savory flavor.  Think your current hot sauce is not exactly what you want it to be?
